MAGICAL SAN CRISTÓBAL 🐆 3 days and 2 nights.
DAY 1: Welcome to Tuxtla Gutierrez – Sumidero Canyon and Chiapa de Corzo Tour – Magical Town of San Cristóbal de las Casas – Hotel.
Welcome at the Tuxtla Gutiérrez airport, where we'll begin a wonderful trip to Chiapas. A 25-minute transfer to the pier will take us on a boat ride through the Sumidero Canyon.
Important Note: To make the most of your day, we suggest arriving in Tuxtla Gutiérrez before 1:00 PM. This will allow you to enjoy the Sumidero Canyon tour and the visit to Chiapa de Corzo more leisurely. Bring comfortable clothing for the heat, a cap or hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent.
We'll take a beautiful boat ride through the majestic Sumidero Canyon on the Grijalva River, one of Chiapas' main tourist attractions. Along the way, you'll be able to observe various bird species and, with a little luck, monkeys and crocodiles.
Time for you to enjoy a leisurely stroll through the magical town of Chiapa de Corzo, where you'll have time to explore the center with its Mudejar-style fountain, the former convent of Santo Domingo, and the portals surrounding the main square. You'll find carved wooden crafts and traditional costumes from Chiapas and Parachico, and enjoy a meal and traditional dishes.
Afterwards, we will transfer you, 1 hour and a quarter, to the assigned hotel in the magical town of San Cristóbal de las Casas to the assigned hotel to check in and rest.

DAY 2: Tour to El Chiflon Waterfalls – Montebello Lakes – San Cristobal de las Casas – Hotel.
Breakfast is included at the hotel restaurant.
8:00 am We must be ready at the hotel reception, prepared to continue enjoying our vacation in Chiapas. We will head towards the impressive El Chiflón waterfalls.
Once at El Chiflón, we'll enjoy a walk along the San Vicente River, following a beautiful path to reach the tallest waterfall, known as "Bridal Veil." Along the way, we'll also have the opportunity to admire other incredible waterfalls such as "Angel Wing" and "Sigh." For the more adventurous, there's the option to try zip-lining, although this activity is not included in the tour.
Note: It is recommended to bring a change of clothes and a personal towel.
After enjoying our visit to El Chiflón, we'll head towards Lagunas de Montebello National Park, a natural gem of Chiapas. This park is famous for the beauty and diversity of its lakes, which range in color from turquoise to emerald, creating a breathtaking visual spectacle. Surrounded by a dense forest of pines and oaks, these lakes offer a serene atmosphere. First, we'll be amazed by Lake Pojoj, where we can ride traditional rafts and appreciate the tranquility of the water. Then, we'll continue our tour visiting other lakes such as Lake Tziscao and the international lake, which is located on the border with Guatemala.
Take photographs and enjoy local food at one of the most picturesque spots in the park.
It's important to note that the tour does not include the cost of optional activities such as zip-lining at El Chiflón and using traditional rafts at the Montebello Lakes. These additional activities can be paid for directly at the tourist sites if you choose to participate.
5:00 pm Departure from Montebello Lakes National Park, we continue with the 3-hour transfer to the hotel in San Cristóbal de las Casas.

DAY 3: Tour to the Indigenous Villages of San Juan Chamula and Zinacantan – Tuxtla Gutierrez Airport – End of services.
Breakfast included in the hotel restaurant.
8:00 a.m. Be ready at the hotel reception with your luggage packed. We will depart for an approximately 25-minute transfer to reach the indigenous communities of San Juan Chamula and Zinacantán.
In San Juan Chamula, we will visit the local church, famous for its unique blend of indigenous traditions and Catholic rites. Here, we will observe unique religious practices that combine elements of both cultures, providing a mystical and enriching experience. The atmosphere within the church is deeply spiritual and offers a fascinating insight into the beliefs and practices of the local inhabitants.
Afterward, we'll head to Zinacantán, where we'll have the opportunity to spend time with a local family. This experience will allow you to learn about their customs and ways of life, as well as appreciate the exquisite hand-embroidered works created by the community's artisans. Zinacantán embroidery is known for its vibrant colors and detailed designs, a reflection of the region's rich cultural heritage.
We'll conclude the tour in Zinacantán and continue our journey to the Tuxtla Gutierrez airport, where we conclude our service.
